About Elizabeth.

I've spent the last few years inside revenue operations and HR, working with companies that ranged from a Fortune 500 industrial manufacturer to a small media agency. Most of that time was spent doing administrative work twice. The manual version on Monday, the slightly better manual version on Friday, when the first one inevitably broke.

Eventually I started building automations to make my own job easier. I'm good at finding gaps in processes, filling them in, and spotting the bottlenecks that are quietly costing people hours every week. Once I found one, I'd build the fix. Then my bosses started asking how I'd done it. Then their friends started asking. The Helm HQ is what happened next.

I built this practice for the kind of person I worked alongside every day. Smart, busy, and drowning in administrative work they didn't go into business to do. I know what their week actually looks like because I lived it. I know what an EA can fix, what automation can fix, and what AI can fix. More importantly, I know which of the three to reach for first.
