We hop on a quick call. You tell us what's slowing you down. We'll listen, ask the right questions, and tell you honestly whether the Audit makes sense or whether we should try something else first. That's it.

The Audit

One week, two conversations. We dig into your inbox, calendar, and tool stack. Then we send you a written report ranking what's costing you the most time, with our recommendations for fixing each one. You keep the report whether you hire us again or not.

Implementation

If the Audit shows there's work to do, we build. Most people start with the 30 Day Build to get a few critical automations in place. Some graduate to the retainer. Some don't, and that's fine. We do what your business actually needs.

Week 0
Discovery Call
A quick call. You tell us what's broken, what's eating up your day, and what you wish was off your plate. We listen, ask questions, and tell you what we think the right starting point is. Usually that's the Audit, but not always.
Week 1
Audit
Two longer conversations and a deep look at how you're working day to day. By the end of the week, you have a written report in your hands with everything we found and how we'd fix it. From there, you decide what to do next.
Weeks 2 to 5
30 Day Build
Three to five automations built directly inside your tools. Weekly check-ins so you always know what we're working on. Walkthroughs for every system so your team can use them confidently.
Week 6 and beyond
Retainer
Ongoing automation partnership. Up to 7 hours per week, one new automation built or improved each month, monthly planning calls, and quarterly progress reviews with real ROI numbers.
