How do we know which package to start with?
Almost everyone starts with the Audit. You walk away with a written report whether we work together again or not. About 60% of audit clients move into a Build because the report makes the next step obvious. Some stop after the Audit and DIY the recommendations themselves. That's a fine outcome too.
What if we don't have Zapier or a CRM set up yet?
Honestly, that's better. Untangling someone else's half-built setup takes longer than configuring the right tools from scratch. Most clients come in already on Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, and that's all we need to get started. We'll recommend and set up anything else we need as part of the Build.
Do you work with our industry?
Yes. If you have administrative work, we can help. We've worked across small businesses, mid-sized companies, and large corporations. The patterns of administrative work are remarkably consistent across all of them, and the workflows we build translate.
What does AI-assisted actually mean? Are you replacing our team with bots?
No. We use AI as one tool in the toolkit, not as a replacement for your team. The honest version: AI is genuinely good at triaging an inbox, summarizing a meeting, drafting a first version of a recurring document, and building a targeted prospect list. That's a tool, not a strategy. We bring it in where it actually saves you time and skip it where it doesn't.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, happily. Every engagement has a confidentiality clause built in, and if you want a separate NDA before we even talk, we'll sign yours. We work with sensitive data routinely. Inboxes, calendars, contracts. Discretion is the job.
Where are you based?
Wilmington, North Carolina. We work with clients remotely across North America. Time zones we cover comfortably are Pacific through Eastern. Calls happen on Zoom.
What's your typical turnaround?
Audits are delivered 7 business days after the second call. Builds are completed within 30 days. Retainer requests are handled within 1 to 2 business days, depending on what you need.
How do we pay you?
Stripe invoices for now. The Audit and the Build require full payment before work begins. The Retainer is billed monthly in advance. Cards are processed through Stripe with the standard 2.9% fee applied. We don't have an ACH option set up yet.
What happens after the Audit if we don't want to continue?
You keep the report, the recommendations, and the recorded walkthrough. If your situation changes later and you want to come back, you're welcome to. The Audit findings stay valid for about 90 days.
